Pros to this product: I absolutely love all the accessories that came with this depends and fasteners come in handy when styling and altering wigs. I like that you don't have to buy extra accessories to mount this or clip it to your workspace. And I like that the head came in different size options so that when molding are working with wigs, I can actually have them as close to my head shape as possible. It's well crafted and starting so I definitely know this is going to be a long-lasting product. Cons to this product: The actual headpiece to this unit is extremely heavy in order to support it so that it is not swivel. You have to tighten the adjustments extremely tight which will not be problematic except for once it's tightened in place enough to support the head. It becomes very difficult to actually turn it. So you have to work around the wig head versus being able to turn and swivel the head to your desired position. Overall, it is a great product but do not anticipate being able to swivel it back and forth and it stay mounted due to the size and the weight. If you are fine with working around your wig to achieve the desired look or style, this is going to be absolutely perfect for you. Overall, I do not mind having to work around it, but in the future I may look for one that is a little more adjustable or maybe light and weight

As expected. All items included. Did not smell that much. The only thing it did not have directions for set up.
