Google this number for the datasheet. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ They're NOT Diodes!!!! But They ARE Excellent Transistors!!! *by T***E on Reviewed in the United States on 6 January 2022* These are Everlight PT334-6C photo transistors. I've used over a dozen different phototransistors and these definitely work the best for reflective IR work, if you use the datasheet, which the seller provides upon request (or just google it). Be Aware: the Collector(+) is the SHORT lead, located on the NOTCHED side of the package. The Emitter(-) is the longer lead. This is reverse of some manufactures. Using just two 840nm LEDs @30mA, I can get the PT334-6C to trigger a 555 timer with a direct beam distance >1 meter (reflected beam distance >20"). Terrific sensitivity without the need for an external lens!! Due to the clear package, this transistor IS sensitive to ALL light, but is heavily biased to near-IR frequencies, so a filter, hood or tube is required.UPDATE: Added 1 star for responsive service; Seller updated post with correct product information.
