It cooks up quickly and effortlessly in the Instant Pot. I keep some cooked in a lidded glass bowl in the fridge to easily add to salads, soups, stews, etc.At first I rinsed it. Then when rushed I skipped the rinsing and it was perfectly fine without rinsing. So I no longer rinse it.This is a lot of quinoa!
