He looses them sometimes, so thus the more than one purchase (it wasn't that they broke). I don't know why it's so hard to find the noise limiting ones in big box stores, or why so many noise limiting ones are big, clunky over ear kid themed ones. These are small, not super 'little kiddy' looking, pack easily in his school bin, and most importantly, protect his hearing in the long run. THANK YOU for making and carrying something like that. I thought it was an odd place to break, but figured my son must have been uncharacteristically rough with them. Then not even a week later, my other child brought his pair to me, complaining about intermittent sound coming from his Symphonized earbuds. Upon inspection, I could see his 3.5mm plug had also broken internally.These kids aren't destructive, so I don't think it's a coincidence that two pair of Earbuds purchased from the same company within days of each other for different children, both had the exact same issue occur within a week of each other.For earbuds marketed toward kids, these are surprisingly fragile and do not hold up very long.
