The only thing is that you have to dust/wipe the tops of them. How there gets to be dust in a closet I have no idea, so every couple of weeks I just wipe the tops off right quick. In any case, these hangers are fairly slim and really only take up as much room as the plastic ones with metal clips. Unlike the plastic ones, these don't tangle up with each other and make you want to shake them to death, which is also why I got them. They are very well behaved.
