Ordered two for a double sink vanity top. The order arrived promptly. It comes with supply hoses, a nice feature. Everything fit and installed normally. I used Silicon Sealant on drain and no leaks anywhere. Everything seemed ok but discovered one of the "pop up" drains did not work properly. Contacted the vender and they promptly sent a replacement "pop up" drain. The only problem was that the replacement "pop up" drain didn't match the original product drain. Another round of messages where they sent me a complete replacement pack that matched the original order to ensure the replacement "pop up" drain matched the original order. We now have two working sinks. This faucet is probably larger than most. My wife wanted to be able to be wash her hair and most faucets are not tall enough to accomplish this. I would have given this a 5 Star rating except for the "pop up" drain problem. They were quick to reply to my messages and did not hesitate to resolve the issues.
