I have been through the new puppy whining at night to many times in my life so when I came across this I was skeptical but decided to order it to help with nite bed time. When we brought our new puppy home, that night I turned on the heartbeat and settle her down in her soft sided carrier crate and put her in the middle of us at the head of our bed like I have done in the past. Once she was in I turned off lights and I could slightly hear the heartbeat working. She did get me up 6 times the first night but every night was 2 times less. By 4 night she slept all night and has done this every night now!!! What a difference this heartbeat puppy invention made!!! So glad I purchased this!!! She loves going in her crate now and settles down for the night and she is only 10 weeks old….. My husband even likes it, he says it helps him sleep better too! Highly recommended!!!!!

**Q: Is the snuggle puppy machine washable? If not, what’s the best way to clean it?**
A: The snuggle puppy is indeed washable. I put it in a lingerie bag to protect the velcro, and of course I removed the little electronic heart first. I also washed it in cold water and allowed it to air dry. I should also add that this is one of the BEST pet purchases I've ever made. My puppy has snuggled up to it in her crate since the first night we brought her home. Not a peep out of her all night! She actually gets excited when I take "him" out at night before putting her to bed her her crate. What a brilliant concept.

**Q: Can you use the heat pack and heart beat at the same time?**
A: Yes

**Q: what are the dimensions of the snuggle puppy junior?**
A: 10” head to tail, 5” hip to hip. Perfect size for my 7lb chichi mix.

**Q: What is the sound of heart beat? Is it the quieter version?**
A: It has one volume setting and several other timer options. You can feel it “beat” even through the toy. It fits into a sturdy velcro closed pouch in the pup. We only used the heart for a week or two. He still sleeps with the snuggle puppy and drags it all over the house six months later. Seems pretty indestructible even through tug of wars with his pitbull brother.  It helped the pup settle in so well. I really recommend it.

This has been a lifesaver! We have a 12wk old puppy and the first few nights she kept us awake with constant whining and whimpering. When we put her to bed with her new Snuggle Puppy, she whimpered for about 2mins and then quietly drifted off to sleep w/ the heartbeat. In the mornings, she loves to carry it around with her.
