I had a week long trip I still had to complete. then on the last day of my trip as I was removing something from the back section, that zipper broke. I had to basically duct tape the bag together to bring it back home. I'm hoping I can get a refund because I am so disappointed with this purchase! how do both zippers break on the very first trip?
