I've tried every seat cushion Amazon has to offer. Most times I return the item. I received the Ergo Cushion yesterday ordering the under 250lb size.Overall, the cushion is the best I've tried. However, it doesn't seem long enough for me and cuts into the back of my thighs. I tried adjusting it, pushing it more forward but after awhile, I can feel this discomfort. I used this on a recliner so that may be the reason. The seat portion is comfortable because I was able to sit on it all night. For me, I don't think there is a seat cushion out there that I would find totally comfortable but this is the best one I've tried so I won't be returning it. One note I will make, I first used it on my desk chair and it was much more comfortable there than on the recliner.UPDATE: Last week, a product specialist from Ergo21 contacted me suggesting that I most likely ordered the wrong size cushion. He offered to send me the Lg cushion with a prepaid return label so I could send back the original cushion. I received the new cushion as well as a complimentary cushion that works well on planes and recliners.As soon as I sat on the larger cushion, I could tell the difference. The L is long enough (I'm 5'9") and there isn't any discomfort in the back of my thighs. I can't believe how comfortable this seat cushion is. As I previously wrote, I have suffered with back pain for over 30 years now and have tried every memory foam cushion, gel cushion, you name it I tried it.But more importantly, Ergo 21 is the absolute best company I have ever done business with. Their customer service is more than outstanding. Obviously their principal for success is good customer service and they excel in it. I highly recommend this cushion for anyone suffering with back or spine pain.
