It may be advisable to cover the shoulders when applying to avoid any fibres falling onto clothing, although this shouldn't happen if care is taken. A light touch of hair spray or oil will help to 'seal' it. I don't find it necessary to use every day as the fibres mostly stay put until hair is washed. It's given me my confidence back, my only worry now is how far do you go if your thinning continues because I don't fancy throwing this on more and more over the years, eventually I'm going to have to accept my fate and put some eggs on top of my nest head!!!
