I've got some sort of arthritis that no one seems to know what it is. I'm always trying some natural stuff to keep my joints mobile and inflammation to a minimum. Read some research about artichoke extract inhibiting PDE4 which some of the medicines like Otezla do and since I'm adamant about not taking biologics, I figured I'd give it a go. To my surprise, I've been able to keep flares down to a minimum. The doc asked what I had been doing and I mentioned this supplement and he said, "I can't see how that would work but I suppose keep taking it." Well, I can't see how taking some biologic that can cause gnarly side effects could be helpful but whatever, he has the medical degree. I'm continuing to take this until I see any negatives. Gave it 4 stars because I was taking 3/day and they're a decent sized capsule.
