I wear a mens large size glove and went with the medium size grip. It did improve my accuracy a little, but the grip is almost too big and makes it much harder for my wrists to release the clubhead through impact (almost like when you block a shot). I do like the grip, but I'll probably try a smaller size like small or even extra-small. The grip is much larger than you think it will be.
