It's so rouch and pockets of the horn that are peeling up where liquid is going to remain trapped in that I'm concerned about bacteria growing in there. My boyfriend belongs to a Brewers Guild and they taste each other's beers and give pointers. He had a smaller horn he used for tasting but stopped because of the same type of thing.
