I had them sent to a relative who said they fit fine. As far as size, can't answer your question. I can use either medium or large but large is a bit loose. I normally wear medium. I am about 5'3" and 145 lbs. Most of the time I use just a Tena. However, I have a bad problem with incontinence and find that if I am having a difficult day but have to go out, I put on the Tena and then put in a pad leaving the protective paper on it so it doesn't stick when I take it out. Then later when required I can take pad out and have a "new" Tena to finish the day. Try the Tena, think you will be pleased.
