It’s likely calcium chloride with a baking soda type additive and fragrance **Q: Does this work with crystal cat litter? The arm + hammer deodorizer does not work with crystal litter.** A: I only use scoopable litter. When I scoop the box I have never seen the remnants of the orange crystals, so I assume they dissolve. I do know that since I first switched from powders to the Fresh Step Cat Litter Crystals, it completely eliminated odors--both liquid and solid. (My cat covers both.)
