All the attachments are very effective. My favourite is the creaming tool - it scrapes the edges down so well and is amazing for beating butter. I've used the mixer mostly for making cake batter, but also used the hook to make pizza dough. The mixer is very heavy and quite large. It's currently taking up an entire cupboard by itself and I have to take care lifting it out. I also wish it had the light and the warming feature that the fancier models have, but I couldn't justify the extra cost. It's an expensive item, but it is so versatile and meant to be very long lasting. If you bake regularly, it will change your life!
