Most importantly this is truly fragrance free. No scents not even essential oils. I have fragrance allergies and multichemical sensitivity. This product gave me zero problems. I did find the bottle a little hard to read (small white type on black usually is) and saw no instructions--but then, we all know how to use conditioner. As I said, it's OK, and depending on price I might buy it again.
