Extra thick. Rolls out flat. Exactly what I wanted!Only problem - I may end up taking a nap instead of working out it's so comfortable!!

Laying on floor the correct side down it will not stop curling on both ends. I have tried everything to make it lay flat, but it will not lay flat. Mat is little too thin Imo.

Great great mat!
A couple of days I used this yoga mat, I fell great!!! I bought it for my general in-home workouts, and it's pretty easy to grape. Truthfully, I couldn't be happier with my choice. The mat feels solid during my practice, at the same time my knees and hips can feel the benefits of the extra padding. I got the black so no dirt shows up, and even though I'm pretty rough with it, it holds up perfectly! It's natural rubber which has barely smell. And it's lightweight as well. This is by far my best purchase from Amazon. Don't hesitate to buy this mat!
