18" Luxury Python Backgammon Set Blue with Velvet Inlay By Vive Designs

When I saw it on line, I thought this backgammon set was beautiful and was really looking forward to getting it since I had been playing on a shabby 40 year old set (that had even spent 2 years in Nigeria with us). Unfortunately, the playing surface began lifting in various areas by the second game played. Thinking it was just a fluke, I returned it for a refund and ordered a second set. With this one, the handle was coming completely apart at the seam before even one game could be played so it is also being returned. I am most disappointed and would, unfortunately, not recommend this set.

Its a nice looking set but mine had some defects and I returned it. The handle was split and the inlay was bubbled.

I needed to get my husband a birthday gift and came across this backgammon set, since his old one was falling apart. I wasnt sure how it would look but WOW! Its so beautifully crafted and my husband absolutely loved it. It looks really cool as a display piece in our home and came at a great price to boot. Color is vibrant and gorgeous. He was really impressed. Highly recommend!
