I was happily surprised to see how well packaged they were! Two ice packs (which were totally room temp by the time it arrived) sandwiched my chocolate, and that was wrapped in insulated foil. Despite the ice packs no longer being cold, my chocolate chips were in perfect condition with zero evidence of melting/ resolidifying. The chips themselves are mini size, which isn't what I normally use.
