The cloth for the pitch/field is nice and smooth with nice underpadding. The downside of this product is the cheap build quality. First, the box was already opened when I received it. Then there were small bits use to connect the pitch to the field border which didn't fit snuggly at all causing a clumsy set up. Likewise, the four flags didn't fit into the hole at the corners causing the flags to just fall out. The wall/borders are meant to stretch the pitch, which is does, but in doing so the walls are pulled inwards by the pitch causing the pitch to not lay flat on the table due to their lack of strength. Lastly, the 2 heavy strikers have interior metal ball installed upside-down causing the ball to not touch the table at all. I had disassemble the players and fix the problem myself.
