It is well made, oh so comfortable, and super easy to put together. All the screws are the same no fumbling to see which size screw you need. Pieces easily marked the chairs are two pieces. It's a snap. I have a small deck and I love the versatility of making this into lounge chairs or regular patio chairs. I contacted the seller and they are sending out the a replacement for the faulty part. They were very responsive and accommodating. However, once we started assembling, noticed that one of the screws would not screw into part C. (was connecting F to C) The inner core ( which grips the screw) is missing. So sad that this purchase didn’t work out. Contacted the seller for a replacement part C or refund. Assembly was easy with the instruction manual showing how to assemble with drawings and pictures. To fully assemble takes about one hour. I noticed two large defective parts and contacted the seller with pictures of the defective parts. The seller email me and replaced the parts at no charge to me. The back of the lounge is adjustable for your comfort.and the footrest and side table have room for storage. It’s made well and with care you will have many months of comfort.
