Quality however is excellent. **Q: These can go in the oven, correct?** A: Yes, I actually just used these this morning to make my AIP English muffins. They are very sturdy and wash up nicely. **Q: How much cookie dough do you put in these?** A: Actually, if you are trying to make English Muffins, a light sticky dough should go in them, about 2/3 full. So you know, while these rings are good quality, they are difficult to maneuver when transferring and flipping. After studying many recipes, I found that just rolling your dough portion with your hand on a dry kitchen counter into a shape of a ball and transferring it to parchment paper; then slightly pressing down, was easier- for the same result. As for me, I found making English Muffins too time consuming, messy and too much work for the result. I found purchasing their round cookie-cutter set that has diameters up to 4", making the perfect 3-1/2" buttermilk biscuit much more satisfying and only takes 20 minutes. I went with an oil bath as the cooking spray didn't work as well. These rings released almost every time provided they were oiled well. They seem sturdy and were easy to wash.
