A: Yes she do come in the box not sure if I posted the box.

**Q: Anyone have problem with this doll's hair falling out?   I just bought it and it looks like it's already falling out in clumps inside the box.**
A: I purchased for my 5 year old for her birthday in June it came with no issue like this. Her hair is all intact. I would get ahold of American Girl or do an exchange, I hope this has helped, as Kendall is one of my girls favorites.

Kendall is a quality doll with cute outfit.I love her little boots the most. This picture shows her in a different outfit (but it's the only one I caught her in...and as you can see...the owner is in perpetual motion). I purchased some clothes from several sites on Amazon that are geared for 14 in dolls. Clothing changes are difficult for 3 year olds, but definitely a thing my granddaughter will enjoy soon enough.

I saw the cute doll, liked it and purchased it for my 3 year old Granddaughter for her Christmas. It's the right size, the Quality is good, definitely worth it. It a good buy for toddlers.
