Looks like dry skin. I couldn't find anything to help until I tried this shampoo. I use this shampoo weekly and most times he doesn't have much of a problem. On the rare occasion he does start itching again, I alternate this shampoo with head and shoulders dandruff shampoo and it helps keep the itching at bay. I've been told applying extra virgin olive oil directly to the dry skin works wonders. Definitely going to try this also. ~ Bottom line is this shampoo helps.
