It's super cute and easy to setup. It arrives flat, so you'll need to fluff it up and bit, but then it's ready to go! Just select your tree (or porch column, in my case) and tie the strings. It stayed put perfectly, even in heavy winds that often blow porch chairs off porches in my neighborhood.There is plenty of string to tie around even pretty thick trunks.
