Scooter was shipped with parts missing

I wanted a sturdy scooter that would have less damage when traveling by airplanes. Mine arrived on a wooden pallet that had to be moved by forklift. Once we go taken down and battery charged. I took my first test drive with my 80 lb. Lab mix in tow. This thing is FAST! Zooming around on this thing feels great. I felt like a kid on a new bike with the wind in my hair. It collapses down to the size of a medium suitcase. Too heavy for me to lift into the car on my own.
