A: Yes

**Q: Are these organic rice hulls?**
A: It is ok doesn’t cover as much as I would like
The good side is it can decompose in the garden bed. Barely covers 4x9

**Q: has any one weighted the product? Is it actually 10 pounds?**
A: Absolutely! 
It’s a huge bag. I started using it last August and I still have more than half a bag.
I use it for mulch on top of the soil I put in newly pot planted flowers.
It’s great, clean, light weight, and easy to manage.

A: It’s not compressed it’s fluffed up and it looks like a 1cft bag of soil
