Unless I get support, I'll be returning.Updated: After contacting I believe the seller and being instructed to uninstall, reinstall, and let charge for a 12 hours, I did so and let charge for 3 days. When reinstalling, I did not see what the charge level was, but after 3 days of charging, the batter does not go past 74%.
