It didn't feel like I was wearing pads and when I felt a heavy gush, I couldn't help but hold my breath. Of course, nothing happened. The product was leak-proof, so nothing got out. Eventually, I began to relax and even lounge on my bed. After an hour, there still wasn't any dilemma. I felt more and more confident so I decided to take the risk and sleep on it. I slept on cloud nine. I admit I did have nightmare where I caused such havoc all over myself, but when I woke up, I was dry and everything was fine. No rashes, no irritations or whatsoever. Didn't; feel wet, the fluid had been absorbed into the built-in pad. Suffice to say, this product amazed me and now, I'm going to purchase a couple more. There was no odor when I took it off to wash it. One thing to take into consideration was just that - washing it afterwards. I was surprised by the amount of red swirling down the drain when I scrubbed it. The information says that this panty can hold more than a regular pad can and boy was that the truth. There was no issues when I was washing it, though it took quite some time, and I even had to soak it a bit to make it easier to wash off the uhm, for lack of a better word, red fluid. I did think of some problem that may occur when wearing this outside for the rest of the day. Now, I wore it while I was staying at home, and all throughout the night while I was sleeping, not while I was at school or work, or running errands. I might update my review if ever I've been brave enough to test it out that way. Once the panty is full, it'll be a problem to change out of it.
