Review: Tasty - They are fresh and tasty. Just enough salt. Great for salads and trail mix etc. My only gripe is they are small. I prefer the David seeds they are 3x bigger. Way more satisfying to snack on if you're planning to just snack on these, I'd go with the David but otherwise they're great. (Just my opinion mind you) which is why im still giving full stars. They are good seeds.

I love these sunflower seeds. I use them in cooking more than anything. I love to add them to my salads and broccoli slaw especially. They're so healthy as well as delicious, giving you a little crunchy meaty taste in your mouth. I keep them in the freezer so they don't go rancid. Never no need to thaw them out either. One of my favorite healthy seeds.
