(However, Philips do state that it is not suitable for male facial hair) Just ignore all the female branding, I can accept that given how much masculine branding women probably have to put up with on products they use. :) I have used it on basically everything except my forearms & face. I did the initial 4 treatments on each area over 8 weeks and I now have about 80% hair growth stoppage in the treated areas after just that. Of the hair that does grow back, it is patchy and thin and grows much slower. There is also near zero chance of getting ingrowing hairs or razer bumps after shaving. No more ugly red patches or blemishes, just nice smooth skin. It is very tedious to do a treatment as shaving everything and IPL can take almost 2.5 hours, so I don't do it as often as recommended, but I'm happy with the reduction I have so far. The slower growth, decreased density and zero shaving blemishes was my primary goal. My only criticism is that it is quite top heavy and bulky, I understand why but it can be quite combersome to mavouver it around and can be tiring after 40 minutes of zapping. It says you don't need laser glasses, but i'm going to try some as I find the flashes to be uncomfortable towards the end of the session. Would recommend if you are serious about hair removal, forget messy painful creams... This is the way. Definitely worth the money in my opinion.
