After your 1 hour soak (I leftine on 1.5 hours during my nap!). Wash your feet thoroughly. They will fill nice and soft. It took about 4 days before I experienced any pealing. I left my clean feet in them for an hour then rinsed off. Soaked feet in warm water in the shower every day. A few days later my feet started peeling like crazy for about a week. It drove me nuts not peeling it (it tells you not to) and I ended up peeling a small spot. Totally regretted it because that spot is now the roughest spot because I peeled too much (didnt seem like it at first). So DO NOT peel the stuff coming off. I wore socks all day/night because the skin would flake right off on the bed or floor. Changed my socks constantly because they were full of flakes lol. But in the end, my feet felt sooooo much better. All the calluses and rough spots were gone!
