The ambient passthrough cuts off too low imo, ran into them cutting off while just talking, but beyond that they definitely exceed my expectations.The ptt is higher quality than I was expecting, the audio from my radio is honestly pretty good for something that's intended just for comms, mic is clearly understandable. I can even fit them under my pasgts ear cups.All in all, quite surprised by the overall quality for a "reproduction" headset.Probably would want to double up hearing protection to be safe if one were to try and use for live fire. Gel cups might solve the seal issue, but I haven't put any on yet. But for the intended use of some cheap comms, they fit the role quite nicely.Only rated a 4/5 as the ambient cutoff is a bit low imo.
