They always tend to look for healthier options but snacking was a problem and we would hear some whining comes to the snacks. Then, after reading the book it all stopped..Three years later.. we don't have ANY junk food anymore at home, nothing is being put on the list,nobody asks for anything at the store... bliss!I am so happy that I got the book. Kids eat full meals and they really can go for the most partwithout anything between meals but if need be they now reach for carrots, apples, celery sticksor rice cakes at worse and you will see a ball of fresh mozzarella, tomatoes or pumpernickel slicehere and there if the hunger is extreme. They have free access to food, they can also buy at the local grocery market all they want or put it on the list, we do not censor it but it is really joy to seehow much they grew up after reading this book and how this book went straight to theirsensitivities and woke up some wider sense of things.They needed to hear it from someone else and they did.
