I am very satisfied with the quality, function and appearance of the hooks. very sturdy, base is unified with the U loop, not two loose pieces. In true Ikea form, they do not come with mounting hardware, what you see is what you get, but given the various applications these can have it is only appropriate to find what will work best for your own situation. Review: Great for hanging indoors - Own 3 pairs of these hooks to hang swings inside. Have hung 2 hammocks and a yoga trapeze with these hooks. All hold us up (we are under 200 lbs and use 2 hooks for each hammock) without any fear. We were very careful with the screws we bought as well as making sure we screwed the hooks into the exact center of all studs. Used ceiling studs for the yoga trapeze and wall studs for the hammocks. All have held up well. A little large and unsightly, but we don't really mind. I think it is worth noting that the screw holes are too far apart to screw all 4 screws into a standard stud.
