**Q: Got my set today! well, i`m puzzled: all five of them turn on , but three of them go off in 15 seconds, what should i do?**
A: Check to make sure the bottom cover is on tight on each one of them. Check to make sure your remote is working properly. They should not be going off in 15 seconds

**Q: What size round tray will all 5 candles fit on**
A: A 10-inch round tray would make a nice display if using only the candles.  If you were wanting to add other things to it like greenery, rocks, etc.  go with a larger tray.

**Q: What is the color of the flame?**
A: warm white glow, 3d fixed black wick flame, with flickering flame, please refer to product vedio on product detail page, which will help you know these glass led candles better.
