I recently added lunges, squats and leg presses to my routine to strengthen my legs and provide stability to my knees. For these exercises I need some support in my knees so i dont end up messig them up.I got these sleeves on Friday and tried them out on the weekend. I love them!! Here are some of the things that i really liked:1. They are made of thick, plush and premium material. They dont feel uncomfortable at all during work outs.2. They dont slip and slide.3 The compression is just right. Ive had some sleeves in the past that have too much compression to the point that they are very uncomfortable.4. Being padded, i can use them when i have to sit on my knees too much doing random stuff like assembling furniture.5. Provide immediate warmth to the knees, which again reduces the chances of injuries.6. Do not restrict movement.The kineseology tape that came with the bundle is just ok - it doesnt stay on for more than a day. The set is black and blue, which happen to be my favorite colors.The neoprene knee braces are a super thick sleeve that offers a “highly dense compression”. The compression provides quite a bit of stability and protection during workouts. They are comfortable and very warm.The kinesiology tape is a bit cooler and great for workouts as well. I personally think the tape offers more range of motion than the braces because the braces are quite thick. The tape relieves pain and allows me to work out without experiencing additional injury or pain. You can use the kinesiology tape with the sleeves for extra support and healing. The tape comes in blue. There is an e-book that they send you with your order.The braces and tape come with a waterproof gym bag with a drawstring enclosure. It holds the knee braces and the tape. I have been dealing with a knee injury on my right knee from Hyperextending it and was in so much pain during my workouts that I was close to calling it quits for a while. When these arrived I put them on and did a kickboxing workout and my knees felt perfectly stable and secure throughout. They fit very snugly at the knee. The only downside is that the stitching at the top and bottom is not flexible, which probably prevents them from rolling down, but it also makes it very tight in those areas. It would be better if the sizing included measurements for the calf and thigh as well as the knee since most people who would be using these would usually be well developed in those areas. The sleeves are made of a thick Neoprene so be prepared to sweat. I love the inspiration of the saying on the bag and am happy to wear it anywhere to inspire others as well. I use it to keep not only the sleeves but the tape, my wrist wraps, a microfiber towel, and my water bottle. The tape is a must have for any athlete.
