Unquestionably Jules Verne at his best! There is not a single one of his works I've read that could cause me to offer a critical comment. "Journey" again exemplifies his stature as a master story-teller whose descriptive and quite technically detailed (but certainly not distracting) writing makes every tale an adventure and marvelous learning experience.
