A: Go one size larger where possible to allow maximum fullness they will settle after time

**Q: Are the cushion fillers vacuum packed when shipped? I need to pack them in a case once they have arrived and need them to be as small as possible**
A: Mine were delivered in polythene bag inside a cardboard box. Quite compressed but not vacuum pack.

**Q: Can it hold a karate chop?**
A: Probably,  it is a pillow.

**Q: I need the filling to be hard. Is it the case with these?**
A: Mine are very well filled but are not hard. They are plump but soft and squishy
