I think you have to get the photos into the right folder, rather than be able to point the frame to a different location.... but i didnt even think about trying that so i could well be wrong. **Q: The 15" model says landscape only - what happens if you upload a portrait picture please?** A: All I can say is that mine works fine with portrait aspect. Obviously the picture you see is small as the screen is wider than the height. **Q: How big sd card or memory stick it supports ? 128 gb ??** A: No memory stick is supported. Cloud storage is used via a Nixplay account. **Q: We have an issue where photos appear upside down. The frame takes its orientation from embedded info. Can I force rotate on this & retain that info?** A: I've never had this issue so cannot help.
