I was genuinely surprised by how much I have been enjoying this tea. The flavor is closest to oolong, with a whisper of sweetness from the stevia it contains.- 2nd, it takes only 2 or 3 minutes to steep and requires just a pour over of boiling water, so it is very easy to make.- 3rd, the recommendation is you drink one cup in the morning and one in the evening, so it is easy to work into your daily routine.- 4th, this has caused me no intestinal distress; unlike many detox/slimming teas. And noticed no difference at all. It’s a good tasting tea. Where it is going to reduce any kind of weight I have no idea.
