So I am very pleased. Maybe I should give it the extra star considering the low cost, but you do pick up a lot of noise with this. The noise reduction in this model cut almost all white (road) noise out. On the other model you had to filter out the high range, and that's what I wear the device for. Plus, this model is smaller, has a more neutral color, and the tube is much less noticeable compared with the BHA-220. On the negative side, the battery won't last as long. But 150 hours of continuous use for $.25 versus 500 hours for $.25 shouldn't be a burden. The BHA-220 has an off switch, you have to open the battery door to shut this one off. And the blue model has four tone settings, this has two. If you stay home most of the time, the BHA-220 is just fine. If you drive quite a bit or want a lower profile amplifier with noise reduction, get this one (BHA702-S). And thanks to Britzgo for their 30 day return policy with free return shipping. I didn't even have to go to the Post Office to send back the other model. PSAs are a bit like buying reading glasses from a drug store.
