But the reflectivity is the same **Q: I wear a size medium or large in mens shirts, i am 6' even and am somewhat slim/athletic should i go with the medium or large/xl?** A: I think that the medium would be fine. I wore it over a coat and still had room to adjust on the sides. I think the medium was for waist Suze 31-39 inches. I guess it depends on how bulky your coat is that you are wearing it over.
