While the adjustable straps or sport mode strap really locks these onto your feet for that perfect fit, i really don’t see how you could actually adjust it, appears pretty much a set length but perfect for my size 11 feet and size 11 shoes. I don’t feel any arch support on these shoes, but if I feel I need them, I can always add my own Dr “S” inserts, but these feel like for my foot, that I’ll really need those, time will tell. As for water resistance, I’ll be spraying them with the can of waterproofing, these are a beautiful leather and they will need a treatment to maintain that beautiful look for a long period and times of rain.
