It was easy to install and follow the directions. The splitters work well. All of the 1/4 hose connectors are pressure fits that require some strength to ensure a good fit. If these fittings are out under lateral pressure due to too much or too little hose, they will slightly leak. There is ample hose provided to place the coffee maker just about anywhere on your countertop. The hose from the filter to the unit is also amply long and likely will need to be cut.
