Note: The cap will require very little pressure from the tool and should spin with little to no resistance. Continue turning until you begin to feel resistance against the CO2 Cartridge. From this point, continue tightening 1/4 turn further. Do not over tighten the cap. While the CO2 cartridge will be enough to power 20+ rounds, once the CO2 is pierced, even if it is not fully exhausted, it should be replaced by an unused cartridge before the launcher is stored. Put the launcher in SAFE mode (if equipped with a safety), remove the magazine and make sure there is not a projectile in the breech. Point the barrel in a safe direction. Remove the CO2 cap using the cap tool (built into magazine base). Insert a new unused CO2 cylinder into the CO2 chamber and use your finger to push the cylinder firmly to the back of the chamber. Begin threading the CO2 cap by hand to prevent cross-threading. Use the CO2 cap tool to continue tightening the cap.
