What makes this product extraordinary is this it is not a coating like most all other floor care products. It actually absorbs into the wood and nourishes the wood. And gives the floor life. I buy the concentrate and dilute it. I have found I like diluting it 1/3 concentrate and 2/3’s water.It also removes other coatings that have previously been used (unless they are permeate coatings).Sometimes wood wise has to be used several time to get other coatings removed but when it does the luster comes right back.
