It is available in 20 different Finish times from 2:30 through 7:00. It can be cut and used for a Half Marathon. Kilometer version also available.

Very easy to apply, and it stayed on for several days through sweat, showers, and saltwater. It got a little sticky as it started to wear off, but you could easily scrub it off. I probably had it on for about a week.

Ease of application is great. I applied the night before the race. I did cut it in half and put half on one arm and half on the other, because I thought it might be difficult to see all the way up my arm towards the later miles of a marathon, and try to decipher what it was saying (iykyk). Harder to get off once the race was over, but I didn't mind, and I also didn't try to use anything except for water and scrubbing! Would recommend as a great method to keep you on pace, instead of the paper pace bands.
