    Couldn't rate - Product came melted from FedEx

I would love to rate this product, but unfortunately the product came to me melted so I couldn't try a single one. But I'm not surprised as it came from FedEx. Otherwise, inside packaging looked good, just box was very warm and I answered the door when it came so it wasn't sitting outside. From what I could tell when I opened each bar it looked good and smelled good, so was disappointed I couldn't taste it as it was my first time trying that bar. I have ordered other bars from this company and they were delivered from UPS and were fine, not melted. Overall, couldn't taste the product and would suggest not using FedEx. Would have probably have gave a 5 star rating otherwise.

I've had these caramel crunch protein bars from other sources, and the flavor is very good, as is the texture! However this order and the last was very disappointing.  When I open the wrapper for the individual bars, some of them are melted and all the caramel is laying at the bottom of the wrapper. In the last box it was just one bar that was damaged. In this box there are four out of seven. I think I will have to try from a different company. Very disappointing!

Love these bars. Use them as part of my weight loss program. I live in a condo and unfortunately they were not delivered yet. Will get them tomorrow, Monday.
